Insurance and Payment Methods

We are in-network with Lyra and Parkview Signature Care. We are considered out-of-network with all other insurance plans. We can provide the invoice needed, called a Superbill, for you to file for out-of-network benefits.

We accept credit cards, checks, cash, and HSA/FSA cards as methods of payment for out of pocket sessions and co-pays.

Using Your Insurance

There are a lot of things to take into consideration when using your insurance, including privacy issues and insurance companies requiring a diagnosis for treatment. We encourage you to do your own research prior to deciding whether to use your insurance, whether in-network or out-of-network.

**If you choose to use your insurance benefits, it is your responsibility to verify your benefits prior to your first session. You are responsible for the cost of any services not covered by your insurance plan.
